Great service from the desk! always lovely and helpful

Really nice hotel and place to stay in Madrid. Lot of space, including small kitchen. Many (small) shops, bars, restaurants (e.g for breakfast) nearby as well as metro station Diego de Leon. Relatively quiet. Friendly personnel, although not all of them speak English (an issue in Spain anyway…). Room was very clean and not too modern anymore. We stayed for 5 nights and cleaning and hand towel change was done once, quite unexpectedly. No problem for us by the way. We had a small issue with cooking equipment, that was solved properly. All over: great place to stay for a visit to Madrid.

We have stayed at Aparthotel Quo Eraso for the past four years and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Madrid. It provides very comfortable accommodation in a quiet, safe area very close to a Metro station (100m), good local grocery shops and restaurants. The knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff always help to make our stays enjoyable.

I am never disappointed at Q Eraso. Clean, tidy, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is greatcoat only because of the size and confort of the rooms, the most friendly and helpful staff, it close proximity of great cafes and restaurants but also for his location in Madrid. We love that place and recommend it without any reservation. Thank you Bella for making our stay so enjoyable.

I loved this hotel, large, clean, silent room, lots of useful features, fridge, microwave, even an outlet adapter for the US, WIFI works well in rooms, great location and close to the metro station. The lady at the front desk was very kind, as well as the cleaning lady, and I would definitely choose it again whenever I am back in Madrid.

As expected,the facilities were wonderful and the personnel very helpful. I can thoroughly recommend this great establishment.

ALWAYS USE THE QUO ERASO WHEN VISITING MY SON AND HIS FAMILY IN MADRID. ALWAYS A VERY PLEASANT STAY. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Good location at walking distance of Retiro (25 minutes) and city center (30 minutes). Also Metro station Diego de Leon very nearby (2 minutes walk). Very helpful staff. Nice bads and kitchenette for small meals.

A 800 metre walk from the Intercambiar bus station on the Avenue de America, and clos to the metro station Diego de Leon. Very friendly staff at reception. Very clean room. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

A shower cabine is preferred instead of a bath

Muy agradable, limpio, personal muy amable. Ubicación perfecta si viajas, está muy cerca del intercambiador de Avda de América.

Buena situaciión, habitacion muy amplia y buena atención.

Muy satisfecho, limpio , repito la próxima vez que vaya a Madrid. Cerca del Movistar arena. Lo aconsejo.

Todo un acierto haber reservado en este establecimiento. Un trato excelente y adaptado a las necesidades del visitante. Las instalaciones confortables y completas. La ubicación bien comunicada y a la vez tranquila. Totalmente recomendable.

Fuimos a un concierto y nos encantó. Está cerca del metro, el chico del apartahotel te explica como llegar a los sitios, es muy atento y amable. La habitación perfecta, muy limpia, moderna,todo como las fotos. Lo único que se oye los coches por la noche pero como estas de visita y acabas cansada, la almohada y el colchón son super cómodos te duermes enseguida.

Excelente Hotel, su persona muy amable y atento en todo momento.

Un descubrimiento. Muy fácil de llegar y salir de Madrid al lado de Avenida América, con una parada de metro en la esquina y parking muy recomendable para olvidarte del coche hasta la salida. Muy tranquilo y el personal de recepción encantador, tanto Richard como su compañero fueron muy amables y profesionales
